Nature Tripping in Taiwan
Now more than ever, I wish for experiences outdoors, enjoying nature, and just relaxing amidst greens, fresh air and trees. On my recent trip to Taiwan (my post on that is here) I really enjoyed being in nature, whether it be professionally landscaped places, or natural, unadulterated locations, it is truly a different experience to be under the sky and enjoy God's creations. Here are some snapshots from that trip and you'll know what I mean...The Toucheng Leisure Farm hotel where we stayed overnight...Unplugged playConnected to Toucheng is the Cang Jiu wineryand a short hike which brought us to the farmWe went carrot pickingwhich we fed to the carabaos.Visited a dream-like field of Calla Liliesand you can actually just buy lillies by the roadsideand the Yangmingshan National Park where there were beautiful and interesting flora and foliageI was "blown away" by these trees that look like they have been "blown away":)Loved that my Taiwan experience had given me this time out in nature! Will be writing about my nature tripping in Canada next!---My Taiwan experience was in partnership with Jeron Travel, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau and China Airlines.JeronTravel is a premiere IATA & DOT accredited travel agency for 23 years, a one stop shop for all things and services related to travel.
