Super Spoiled by Smart Infinity

I’ve been back on Smart Infinity for a few months now and I tell you, I’ve never encountered a more intentional and efficient customer service program than this one. Smart truly takes client servicing to a different level with Infinity.First is having an Infinity officer assigned to you to answer all your needs and requests, even questions anytime of the day. My Infinity Officer, Cate, promptly replies to my questions such as when I have questions about my billing or when I ask about roaming abroad. Because of this service, I no longer spend so much time calling the hotlines and I also enjoy rthe sense of “continuity” having someone I can call anytime who already knows my usual concerns and expectations.That’s when I need the human factor because when I don't, I can pretty much get account information through the Smart Inifinity App.I can check my accountaccess the concierge, check my perksand also search for the nearest Smart store.Through the app, you can even snag special travel packages from resorts like Discovery Shores in Boracay, Misibis Bay in Albay and even the Four Seasons Hotel and Mandarin Oriental Hotel group abroad.The app directs you to contact details of your assigned officeror the dedicated hotline to the Smart Infinity Concierge.You also have one touch access to Smart partner services like the following:Other than providing instant service and accessibility, I also love the periodic surprise treats they send me. In the past I have received a gift basket of L’occitane products and a Kenneth Cole leather tickler. All out of the blue.I won't forget the Chicago show in The Theatre at Solaire last December, plus of course getting first dibs on the Smart iPhone6 when it was just launched in Manila.It is an understatement to say that the constant VIP treatment I get from Smart Infinity makes me feel special and valued. I think I'll have to say that I'm just becoming too spoiled. We know that the term isn't a positive one in parenting, but in this case, i'm not only spoiled, I'm spoiled rotten, and it's all good.
